Our mobile health van will be coming to Pawlet to make care more accessible for our neighbors. Our mobile clinic will have licensed staff to offer care!
Stop by for a free basic health screening, including:
-Blood pressure & glucose screening
-Lipids point of care testing
-Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT)
