What we offer at our clinics

Every patient’s needs are different, and our clinics are designed to meet people where they are. From basic check-ins to ongoing support, we offer a range of services that help underinsured and uninsured community members stay healthy, informed, and supported — at no cost.

Medical Services:

  • Routine health exams

 

  • Minor acute illness and injury treatment 

 

  • Healthcare screenings

 

  • Referrals to medical and dental specialty services

Dental Services:

  • We currently do NOT have a dental provider on site

 

  • HOWEVER, dental issues can be evaluated by a medical provider

 

  • A dental referral will be made based on individual needs

We provide patients with the medications* they require and most health-related supplies

 

*Rutland County Health Partners supports all efforts in addressing opioid abuse and therefore does not store or prescribe these medications 

If a patient is found in need of care that cannot be provided by the clinic, a professional referral will be provided. This may include:

 

Vermont Orthopedic Clinic – Diabetic specialists  Podiatry  Dermatology – Women’s health

 

Hospital referrals may also be made to Rutland Heart Center, UVM, or Dartmouth Medical Center when determined necessary.

Immunizations:

As members of the Vermont Department of Health’s Adult Immunization Program, we receive free vaccines to immunize adults aged 19 through 64.

Available Vaccines:


  • Influenza (Flu) Vaccine: Age 19 and above once per year 
  • Pneumonia Vaccine: Age 65 years or older who have not previously received a pneumococcal conjugate vaccine or whose previous vaccination history is unknown 
  • Hepatitis B Vaccine: Age 19 through 59 years: complete a 2-, 3-, or 4-dose series 
  • TDAP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis): Recommended every 10 years 
  • Shingles Vaccine:  Age 50 years or older: 2-dose series RZV (Shingrix) 2-6 months apart 
  • COVID-19: Ages 19 through 64 only
