Our mobile health van will be coming to Fair Haven this May to make care more accessible for our neighbors. Our mobile clinic will have licensed staff to offer care!
Stop by for a free basic health screening, including:
-Blood pressure & glucose screening
-Lipids point of care testing
-Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT)
