Mobile Healthcare Clinic Coming to West Rutland

Our mobile health van will be coming to West Rutland as part of the annual Community Block Party to make care more accessible for our neighbors. Our mobile clinic will have licensed staff to offer care!
Stop by for a free basic health screening, including:
-Blood pressure & glucose screening
-Lipids point of care testing
-Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT)
