Qualify for Medicaid but don't know where to start?
We aren’t a primary care office, but our goal is to assist as many of our patients as possible. That’s why we offer insurance enrollment and re-enrollment assistance for Vermont Health Connect & Medicaid. At the end of the day, we want to make sure our patients have access to their own primary care provider.
Who's eligible?
Medicaid for Adults & Children (Green Mountain Care/Dr. Dynasaur):
- Age: Generally, you must be 64 years or younger
- Income: Your household income must be at or below the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) for your household size
